We are looking for a highly skilled and solution‑oriented Techliner who will provide technical expertise and diagnostic support. This role is essential in ensuring that our workshops deliver fast, accurate, and high‑quality repairs to customers across the region.
French and English languages are required.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Technical Support for Service Network
- Provide advanced mechanical technical solutions to service centers.
- Assist service advisors and technical consultants in diagnosing complex mechanical issues.
- Guide workshops through step‑by‑step troubleshooting to ensure efficient and accurate repairs.
🔹 Incident Diagnosis & Case Management
- Analyze and process Customer Incident Reports (FIC) issued by technical advisors (COTECH) in France.
- Identify the root cause of technical incidents and define the corrective actions needed.
- Ensure timely and high‑quality resolution of technical cases.
🔹 Parts Authorization & Validation
- Evaluate technical justification for parts replacement requests.
- Issue Technical Approvals for controlled parts and validate parts exchange requests based on diagnostic results and technical criteria.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and technical procedures.
📌 Desired Skills & Profile
- Solid technical background in automotive mechanics (engine, transmission, chassis, electrical-mechanical systems).
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, service procedures, and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for service technicians.
- Experience within a dealership, service network, or technical support environment is a strong plus.
