Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, and pricing.
- Arrange vehicle inspections and test drives.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with management during vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales experience (automobile experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp, and online customer communication.
- Smart appearance and professional attitude.
- Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
