We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Showroom Executive (2- and 3-Wheeler) at Evolution Auto, a joint venture between Atman Group and Sino Lanka, specialising in the New Energy Vehicle market and committed to sustainable mobility.
Role Description
The Showroom Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, engaging with customers, and assisting in promoting and showcasing vehicles.
Key tasks include providing exceptional customer service, explaining product features, answering customer inquiries, and supporting sales processes. Additionally, the Showroom Executive will maintain the organization of the showroom, ensure product displays meet company standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Knowledge of sales principles, product promotion, and retail operations in the automobile or EV industry is preferred.
- Communication and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a well-presented showroom environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for inventory tracking and data entry.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
