About the Role
Responsible for managing the brand's entire presence (automotive) across all social digital media platforms. Ensure content is both technically accurate regarding the automotive industry and effective in driving engagement and shaping public opinion for clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities (Execution & Supervision)
Social Strategy: Develop monthly and campaign-based content plans. Define visual concepts for images and videos tailored to each specific car model.
Content Production Management: Create and oversee the quality of copy and video scripts. Ensure delivery regarding technical specifications or brand identity guidelines.
Production Pipeline: Collaborate closely with the production team to create high-performing content formats, such as short car reviews, quick comparisons, and feature tutorials.
Social Outreach & Seeding: Building seeding strategy and creating discussion threads within major automotive forums and groups (e.g., Otofun, Otosaigon, Owner Groups) to organically highlight product advantages.
Public Sentiment Management: Monitor community fluctuations and coordinate "accounts" to address conflicting opinions or clarify inquiries regarding the brand's products and services.
Community Networking: Monitor posts and engagement trends; maintain strong relationships with Group Admins to promptly resolve any issues related.
Community & Crisis Management: Manage interactions on Fanpages and car owner groups. Monitor brand health and identify negative feedback regarding products or services for timely resolution.
KOL/KOC Coordination: Curate and partner with automotive reviewers and influential car owners to execute viral marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative/Content/Digital Agency or Automotive related brand roles. Candidates with experience in Automotive agencies or managing channels specializing in vehicles are preferred.
– Automotive industry knowledge: Thorough understanding of vehicle models and segments in Vietnam. Ability to differentiate technological features (e.g., active safety systems, engine types) and Brand positioning.
– Acumen: Quickly adapt to new content trends on TikTok/Reels and apply them to the automotive industry. Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
