SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists for an experienced FORKLIFT SALES & AFTERSALES SPECIALIST to join a growing industrial support operation servicing customers throughout the Mpumalanga Highveld region.
POSITION INFO:
Title: Forklift Sales & Aftersales Specialist Area: Mpumalanga Highveld Region Industry: Forklift (Sales & Aftersales Specialist) Ref No.: TRG 2514 Start Date: As soon as possible Type: Permanent Special Instructions: Strong technical and commercial experience required. Candidates from forklift, material handling, truck, plant, automotive or capital equipment sectors highly preferred. An opportunity exists for an experienced FORKLIFT SALES & AFTERSALES SPECIALIST to join a growing industrial support operation servicing customers throughout the Mpumalanga Highveld region. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage key customer accounts Promote aftermarket products, repairs, maintenance contracts and equipment solutions Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships Prepare quotations and proposals Work closely with workshop and technical teams to ensure service excellence Conduct regular customer visits and equipment inspections Assist with machine replacement and upgrade opportunities Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules and customer requirements Maintain accurate CRM reports and sales forecasts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Grade 12 (Matric) Technical or commercial qualification advantageous 5+ years experience within industrial equipment, forklifts, automotive, trucks, plant or capital equipment industries Previous aftermarket and customer support experience advantageous Strong business development and account management skills Computer literate (MS Office) Experience with CRM systems advantageous Drivers licence essential Self-driven and customer focused Traceable & contactable references Local residency or relocation required Submit CV (Word / PDF) to therecruitmentguy @ outlook.com Ref # TRG 2514 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Only applications from suitably experienced candidates who meet the requirements of this vacancy will be considered.
