About the Role

The Program Manager, Operations will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability. This role is responsible for managing complex programs from start to finish, collaborating across teams to implement improvements that support the organization’s growth in advanced manufacturing. The position plays a key role in driving measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs from initiation to delivery
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement improvements
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and identify automation and process enhancements
  • Promote lean principles and operational best practices across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or supply chain roles
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project

Compensation

$103,000 — $134,000 annually (Estimated Base)

The package includes an annual bonus, depending on skills, experience, and location.
