Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer at our Mór location. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production workflows, troubleshooting equipment or process issues, supporting the introduction of new products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing Processes, including process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience in industry
- Quality Core Tools knowledge is a plus
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system knowledge is a plus
