Job Description

Ancira Auto Group is hiring Experienced Sales Professionals to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This is an immediate opening for motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Retail automotive sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with proven sales success or significant customer service experience are encouraged to apply. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable team that takes pride in performance, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 Average Commission Earnings

  • Motivated Sales Professionals average earnings consistently over $100,000 annually
  • Compensation is commission-based and commensurate with experience

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-6:00PM EARLY SHIFT / 12:00PM-9:00PM CLOSING SHIFT

SATURDAYS All-Hands-On-Deck 8:30AM-7:00PM

Closed Sundays plus 1-scheduled day off during the week

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to final sale
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service
  • Maintain product knowledge of vehicle features, options, and pricing
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and timely
  • Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements
  • Work collaboratively with sales managers and support staff

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history to meet insurability requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing
