AMK is hiring a Parts Advisor for a leading German automotive dealership in Oakville.
This is a customer-focused and hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys the automotive industry and takes pride in delivering efficient support to customers, technicians, and service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts and accessories.
- Respond to in-person, phone, and internal workshop requests accurately and efficiently.
- Support technicians and service teams with timely parts availability.
- Process special orders and monitor back-ordered items.
- Prepare parts for pickup, delivery, and shipping as required.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
- Keep the parts department organized and operating efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive parts, dealership parts, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
- Experience using inventory management systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
