We are seeking a highly motivated and execution oriented Assistant Manager, Aftersales Operations to support the development and management of aftersales operational standards within a fast-growing automotive environment. This role will be responsible for driving aftersales process optimization, dealer network operations, service quality improvement and operational compliance to ensure efficient and standardized aftersales operations across the market.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of aftersales SOPs, operational standards and service processes.
- Monitor dealer and service provider performance to ensure compliance with company standards and KPI targets.
- Manage aftersales activities including workshop operations, warranty processes, service quality and customer service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate dealer and service network operations, operational readiness and network expansion activities.
- Support spare parts, accessories and aftersales business policy operations, including pricing, localization and incentive coordination.
- Analyze KPIs, service reports and customer feedback to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare consolidated aftersales reports, performance analysis and management presentations for internal review.
- Coordinate EV and PHEV aftersales initiatives, including compliance-related programs.
- Collaborate closely with technical, warranty, parts, customer service, sales and network development teams to improve overall aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support operational audits, dealer assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and implement aftersales special projects and customer retention initiatives in support of company objectives.
- Propose and verify Aftersales Business Policy and labour charge incentive results and entitlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, Automotive or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aftersales operations within automotive OEMs, distributors or importers.
- Strong operational and service quality mindset with good cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of EV products and aftersales operations; familiarity with EV aftersales operations is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong execution and learning capability.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) will be an added advantage.
