We’re seeking to find a hunter and a grinder, some with unquenchable drive ready to take the next step in their sales career. Someone willing to outwork and out hustle the competition. Someone smart, resourceful, hungry, built for the chase that loves to win! We’re looking for someone that wants to be part of a winning team in a collaborative environment, getting meetings at the right level and working with SME’s and Leadership to close new business.
Your job is to open doors and fill the pipeline. You’ll drive outreach, get appointments, and develop opportunities across Michigan and Ohio’s manufacturing and automotive sector. From there, you’ll work hand-in-hand with TVS Next’s leadership and subject matter experts, people who know this space deeply, to shape and close the business together.
What you’ll do:
- Drive high-volume prospecting and outreach, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person across manufacturing and automotive accounts in Michigan and Ohio
- Book meetings and build a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Map accounts and build meaningful relationships with key IT and OT Leaders.
- Introduce TVS Next’s capabilities: plant floor automation, OT/IT integration, and enterprise data & AI and Digital Product Development
- Attend regional manufacturing events, trade shows, and customer sites in territory
What we seek in you:
- 2–10 years of sales experience in a combination of Inside and Field Sales
- Competent with AI Tools; Copilot, Claude, Gemini or equivalent
- High activity mindset focused on face time with decision makers and influencers
- Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to prove yourself in a bigger arena
- Strong communicator, ability to build rapport and contextualize value propositions
- Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial technology, or automation is a plus, not required
- Based in Michigan or Ohio, comfortable traveling within the territory
