Role Description
The position is fully accountable for the commercial performance, brand execution, customer experience, and daily operations of the Triumph Motorcycles showroom in Cambodia. This role combines sales leadership, premium brand marketing, and operational discipline to establish Triumph as a leading premium motorcycle brand in the market.
1. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Revenue Management
• Own monthly and annual sales targets (unit, revenue, margin)
• Manage full sales funnel: lead → test ride → booking → delivery
• Drive conversion rate, average ticket size, and accessories upsell
• Build relationships with high-net-worth customers, riding clubs, and corporate clients
• Coordinate with finance partners for loan or payment facilitation
B. Marketing & Brand Activation
• Execute Triumph global brand guidelines at showroom level
• Plan and implement local marketing activities including test ride events, community rides, weekend activations, and product launches
• Coordinate with digital teams on social media content, lead campaigns, and influencer engagement
• Track marketing ROI including leads, walk-ins, test rides, and bookings
• Act as brand ambassador for Triumph in Cambodia
C. Customer Experience (Premium Standard)
• Ensure world-class showroom ambience and customer journey
• Oversee test ride experience and vehicle handover ceremony
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
• Maintain NPS and customer satisfaction targets
• Build long-term customer loyalty and referral base
D. Showroom & Operations Management
• Manage daily showroom operations including display standards and demo bikes
• Coordinate with after-sales/service team for smooth customer handover
• Ensure compliance with Triumph SOPs and local regulations
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and pipeline reporting
E. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Recruit, train, and manage sales consultants and front-of-house staff
• Set KPIs and conduct performance reviews
• Coach team on premium selling skills, product knowledge, and customer handling
• Foster a high-performance, brand-proud culture
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Unit sales vs target
• Revenue and gross margin
• Test ride to booking conversion rate
• Marketing lead conversion rate
• Customer NPS / satisfaction score
• Inventory turnover
• Event effectiveness (leads and sales generated)
4. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5–8 years experience in automotive or motorcycle retail (premium preferred)
• Strong understanding of luxury and premium customer behavior
• Proven experience in sales and marketing execution
• Leadership and people-management capability
• Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)
