One、Job Description
- Core Positioning: Develop the Vietnam market by cooperating with Choho's self-owned brand and Automobile main plant .
- Reporting Relationship: After-sales service of The car’s timing chain systems in the Vietnam market.
- Core Objectives: Achieve sales of 10 million RMB for the self-owned brand in the Vietnam market, build the image of the Choho brand in the Vietnam market, and promote cooperation with Automobile main plant for parts supply.
Two、Core responsibilities
1、Strategic planning and execution: Based on the company's overall development strategy, conduct market research in theVietnam market, conduct in-depth analysis of Vietnam, select and study promising suppliers and agents.
2、Marketing: Develop overseas marketing strategies, establish overseas channel networks, orderly carry out marketing promotion activities, and build the company's brand image.
4、 Organizational design and team building: Design an organizational structure, business processes and incentive mechanisms that can support the realization of overseas strategies, and build high-performance business teams.
Three、Job Requirements
(one)Educational Background
1. Education and qualifications: Bachelor's degree . Prior experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred.
2.Major: International trade, foreign languages, mechanical engineering, etc. Candidates with sales experience or background related to car industry are preferred.
(Two)Work Experience
1、At least 3 years of experience in the sales industry.
2、Candidates with experience in product sales in industries such as chain drive, automotive parts, home appliances, and motorcycles will be given priority consideration.
(Three)Knowledge and Skills
1、It is required to be proficient in English or Portuguese and Chinese, with fluent skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2、Possess excellent personal qualities, business negotiation skills, stress-resistance ability, result-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to frequent business trips.
3、Possess the abilities of team management, organizational coordination, work guidance, analysis and judgment, as well as problem-solving.。
