Key Responsibilities
- Manage the parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
- Assist retail customers and internal service teams with parts needs
- Locate and source parts not currently in inventory
- Process and track special orders accurately
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers on order status
- Collaborate with Parts Manager and Service Team to ensure operational flow
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred (Ford experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification
- Ability to quickly assess needs and provide accurate solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
