该职位来源于猎聘 专注于研发阶段成本分析,需要有合资主机厂/供应商内/外饰研发工作经历,有成本分析经验,具有内/外饰零部件的产品/工艺/工装的技术知识。 Job Description Position title: Cost Engineering by purchasing department Position level: Senior purchaser Position goal: support BMW worldwide purchase nomination process by achieving cost transparency and cost-competitiveness. Contribute to targets of BMW worldwide cost engineering. Position location: Shenyang Major responsibility:

  • Analysis and knowledge building of local supplier, factor (labor, material, manufacturing process, interests, etc.), supplier development cost.
  • Analysis of local supply chain / OEM / tier-1 & tier – n suppliers, concerning processes and technologies.
  • Creation of a calculation based on our best practice approach for parts, machines or services.
  • Cost calculation and negotiation support for local buyers on global-, local sourcing and cost down projects.
  • Cost investigation of new technology or new product. Knowledge management for investigation results. Requirements:
  • Bachelor and above degree / graduated in electrical / mechanical / automotive engineering or comparable educational background, economical background
  • Technical understanding of products, processes and tools
  • Substantial knowledge of major automotive component production processes
  • Competence of attending supplier evaluations and cost screenings
  • Business fluent Mandarin and English (German is an advantage)
  • Project steering with regards to a defined timeline
  • Experience in either cost engineering or technical development, software programming, production-, process planning, purchasing, quality management
  • Experience at global automotive suppliers, OEMs or in other Hi-Tech industry
  • Intercultural experience and awareness
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
