- University degree automotive/electric/mechanic engineering, mechatronics or similar; alternative vocational qualification with more than 8-year experience in vehicle integration testing/vehicle maintenance and commissioning for development and testing.
- Experienced in vehicle integration testing is a must
- Experienced in MEB/PPE/PPC is a plus
- Deep knowledge of Infotainment, Connectivity and ADAS functions.
- Experience in function release process, testing methodology and all related testing activities (e.g. requirement review, test scenarios definition, testcases creation and version management, test instance preparation, defects reporting and management)
- Proficient in vehicle ECU update, configuration, commissioning and debugging.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle bus system (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc.)and can train others
- Strong competency in vehicle diagnosis and tools (ODIS, iDEX, CP-Tool,ADB, DiagRA, System42, Update Center, etc.) and can train others
- Experienced in signal measurement and analysis with CANoe, CANalyzer and can train others
- Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Structured and analytical thinking, target-oriented
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal), German is a plus
- Prototype drive license recognized by VGC (like Porsche, BMW, Audi, VW, Daimler) is required
- Volkswagen Group working experience preferred
