Job Summary:
A leading company in Côte d’Ivoire is seeking to recruit highly qualified Lebanese talent for a
Vehicle Sales Manager position. The Vehicle Sales Manager is a senior leadership role responsible
for driving vehicle sales performance, expanding market share, and leading the sales team to
achieve the company’s commercial objectives. The role oversees sales strategy, customer
relationship management, business development, and dealership performance while ensuring
exceptional customer service and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, fleet, government, and
retail customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify growth
opportunities.
2. Sales Operations
• Oversee daily vehicle sales operations to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
• Monitor sales pipeline, customer inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, and after-sales departments to ensure smooth vehicle
delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
3. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Establish sales objectives and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training programs.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
4. Customer Relationship Management
• Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards.
• Promote customer retention and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7–15 years of senior-level experience in vehicle sales, dealership
management, or automotive commercial operations.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle sales operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: USD 5,000 per month
