As a Vehicle Detailer, your responsibilities will include cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors while ensuring that each vehicle meets the company’s quality standards. You will consistently uphold shop cleanliness and follow the WOW plan, directly impacting customer satisfaction and shop efficacy. Attention to detail will be fundamental in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and clean vehicle exteriors by hand or machine
• Polish vehicle windows, lights, and body for shine
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors, focusing on freshness
• Sweep and organize the shop and parking area
• Uphold the WOW plan standards for efficiency
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs
