We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Operations Manager based in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the complete online vehicle purchasing conversion funnel, coordinating local strategic projects, and driving overall operational efficiency to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize the entire online vehicle purchasing conversion funnel, including lead generation,customer contact, pre-approval submission, credit approval, dealer visits, and final vehicle purchase.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize customer follow-up processes, sales workflows, user segmentation, sales scripts, and conversion strategies.
- Identify key customer drop-off points through data analysis and field/business observation, proposing and driving actionable improvements.
- Gather comprehensive feedback from customers, sales teams, dealers, OEMs, and financial partners,transforming insights into improvements for business processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to continuously enhance internal systems, AI capabilities, CRM, and operational tools based on business needs and user feedback.
- Coordinate and execute local projects, including TikTok Live campaigns, dealer programs, OEM marketing/sales activities, WhatsApp sales initiatives, and other strategic commercial projects.
- Track key business performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly output data-driven business analysis reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution and onboarding of local projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Product Operations, Project Management, or related roles.
- Industry Background: Experience in tech companies, e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, SaaS, or the automotive industry is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Robust data analysis capabilities with the ability to identify business opportunities, pain points, and growth areas from metrics.
- Languages: Native Spanish or professional level, with excellent fluency in English as a working language.
