Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Varnishing & Lacquering Supervisor to lead the Lacquering, Varnishing, and Color Mixing team. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, process improvement, and team development within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve delivery targets.
- Control paint, varnish, spraying, and color mixing processes to meet quality standards.
- Monitor product quality and reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
- Oversee maintenance and readiness of painting equipment and spray booths.
- Train and develop operators to follow SOPs and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in varnishing, lacquering, spraying, or coating operations.
- Strong expertise in color matching, paint formulation, and viscosity adjustment.
- Experience in watchmaking, automotive, jewelry, electronics, or other precision manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and quality improvement skills.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
