Job Requirements
- Verifiable Training and Certifications

- Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience as an automotive technician
- Attention to detail
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability for inventoried vehicles.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Maintain an inventory of normal technician tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as “special tools.”
- Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Job Description
Functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair, and who has previously worked as an auto service technician.

Interaction
This position interacts daily with Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers.
Physical Demands
- Standing for long periods of time.
- May bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
