Role Description
This is a part-time on-site multi-role for a Truck Auto Parts Seller and Technician support, based in Mississauga, ON. The role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts, providing top-tier customer service, and handling technical tasks related to truck auto parts and repairs. Additional responsibilities including account management, invoicing from work order and maintaining an organized inventory system to support day-to-day operations effectively.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands on automotive parts desk experience or any relevant studies.
- Experience in Truck & Trailer parts Sales and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Exceptional skills in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships.
- Source, quote, and order parts across a wide range of makes and models.
- Manage end to end parts ordering workflow including receiving, verification, and inventory.
- Practical knowledge of automotive components and systems like finding parts with Vin#, Model, Type.
- Proficiency in invoicing based on work order, story writing as per issues fixed, account Management and handling customer transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify gaps or risks to production flow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality solutions
Relevant certifications in the automotive field and prior on-site experience in a similar role are considered an asset. Candidates should also have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and follow all safety protocols.
Pay per Hour: $18.71 – $20.00 depending on the experience.
