Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Track Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day circuit operations, with a strong focus on managing and overseeing for vehicle handling for on-track activities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all track sessions and circuit experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities

Track & Vehicle Operations

  • Assist to oversee daily track operations, ensuring smooth running of all on-track activities
  • Assist and supervise manpower responsible for vehicle handling, track safety, and logistics
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and readiness of high-performance vehicles

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce track safety protocols, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Conduct pre- and post-session checks on track conditions and vehicles
  • Ensure all drivers, staff, and vendors adhere to safety requirements
  • Pit lane safety
  • Unsafe releases
  • Congestion during sessions
  • Coordinate with pit marshals to enforce discipline

Track Status Monitoring

  • Enforce track safety protocols, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Maintain real-time awareness
  • Track conditions
  • Debris or hazards
  • Weather changes

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for track operations vendor
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality meets standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, events, and operational needs

Operational Coordination

  • Plan and manage track schedules, bookings, and session flow
  • Plan and manage track maintenance ensuring track safety at all times
  • Support track events, driving experiences, and special programmes
  • Prepare operational reports, incident logs, and performance updates

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, motorsports or automotive
  • Experience managing vendors or on-ground operations for motorsports is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of safety and operational procedures
