Roles Summary:
The EV Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom sales of electric two-wheelers by engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product solutions. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, and promoting EV adoption.
Key Responsibilities Area:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV models.
- Explain product features, pricing, financing, and EV benefits.
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance/insurance teams for deal closure.
- Ensure proper documentation and billing process.
- Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales
- 5 years of experience in automobile/retail sales (EV preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and willingness to learn
- Customer-focused attitude and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
