What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle buying process using a consultative, customer-first approach. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and learning about their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Helping customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and available equipment.
- Conducting engaging test drives.
- Preparing vehicle pricing and explaining financing and leasing options.
- Delivering vehicles and ensuring customers understand all features before they leave.
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and staying current on Toyota products and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
