Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide after-sales technical consultation and support for market vehicles (remote & on-site).
- Compilation and Release of Maintenance Technical Documents: Draft and issue technical bulletins, technical guidelines and maintenance cases.
- Development and Management of Special Tools: Undertake the development and management of special tools and equipment for vehicle after-sales maintenance.
- Technical Improvement & Training: Develop and manage after-sales technical training courseware and maintenance videos; deliver regular after-sales technical training in accordance with the training schedule.
- Pre-approval for Warranty Claims: Assist with warranty claim business and complete pre-approval of warranty claims.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: College degree or above.
- Major Requirements: Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, Vehicle Application Engineering, Automotive Inspection and Maintenance, Automotive Application Technology, Automotive Electronic Technology and other related majors.
- Foreign Language Proficiency: English can be used as a working language.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in automotive after-sales technical support or maintenance is preferred.
- Qualification Certificates: Intermediate or above automotive maintenance technician certificate or professional trainer certificate is preferred.
