The Service Technical Advisor acts as a direct liaison between STELLANTIS and the concentration of

Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Alfa Romeo, FIAT and LeapMotors dealerships. The Technical Advisor's

responsibility is to provide technical assistance and fixed operations consultation to our Dealer Service

Personnel, Fleet and Commercial Customers. The Technical Advisor assists with resolutions on current

technical unresolved issues in support of dealer's efforts to maximize their competitiveness in the

marketplace while creating customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

 STAR Center/PAMIR/LeapMotors platforms and in-dealership technical assistance

 Repair Service Agreements and Facilities inspections

 In-house repair facility concerns/questions

 Work with Engineering area to monitor quality issues on field (field early warning)

 Recall & Rapid Response (RRT) follow up and reduction

 Troubleshoot and solve final repair attempt situations

 Manage dealership technical training requirements

 Represent STELLANTIS as subject matter expert (litigation/buybacks)

 Quality/warranty feedback liaison

 Dealership development

 Tools/equipment/facility

 Customer experience and improve Fixed First Visit

 Consult dealership on repair shop process improvements

 Work closely with the MOPAR Call Center to follow up on critical cases related to diagnostics

Through proactive business planning and a focus on the customer, the Technical Advisor will motivate

and lead Dealer Service personnel to a higher level of Service & Parts performance consistent with

corporate and industry direction.

Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Automotive or related fields

 Experience in automotive technical service (automotive car repair, certified automotive technician and/or body

work)

 Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision

 Expert in building positive working relationships, cost assessment and conflict resolution

 Travel 80 — 90%+ locally/on the road, 50% overnight travel

 Excellent English level

 Willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

 Dealer experience

 Technical programs certification is a plus, dealership experience

 Legal experience (depositions, expert testimony, work with attorney's etc.
