COMMERCIAL SERVICE ADVISOR
Location: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
A leading automotive dealership in Nelspruit is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Automotive industry experience is essential
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the commercial vehicle sector
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Computer literate with experience using dealership management systems
- Valid driver's licence
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Schedule service and repair bookings for commercial vehicles
- Prepare accurate job cards and cost estimates
- Liaise with technicians and customers regarding vehicle progress and repairs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up on outstanding work and maintain service records
- Promote additional services and products where appropriate
