We are looking for an experienced SYSTEM VALIDATION TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. You will communicate, negotiate with the customers and ensure that delivered system fulfills customer requirements. You will coordinate R&D team at system validation level (Test, Validation and Tool Chain team).
YOUR CHALLENGES?
- Represent System Validation in early project planning and ensure alignment of validation scope with project milestones
- Define and drive the overall System Validation Strategy throughout the project lifecycle to meet project cost and timing constraints,
- Develop and maintain validation plans including requirements coverage, regression, robustness and release readiness
- Lead and coordinate the System Validation team (test leads and engineers)
- Plan validation resources, budget, capacity and required test environments (SIL, HIL, vehicle level)
- Ensure that the delivered system fulfills the R&D related customer requirements and expectations
- Co-operation with other departments
Let's Talk About You…
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience in System Validation Strategy definition and planning
- Experience in SIL / HIL / vehicle-level validation
- Experience in automotive development processes (ASPICE knowledge preferred)
- Experience in project coordination and cross-functional team leadership
- Problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
- Planning and organizational abilities
- Fluent English
