Responsibilities
- Estimating and inspecting accident damage on all vehicle makes and marques.
- Assessing the full extent of damage, repair costs and time frames.
- Identifying the correct repair method and preparing electronic and manual estimates.
- Coordinating with insurance companies to obtain repair authority.
- Communicating with customers, engineers and technicians to explain repair methodology.
- Keeping up to date with Thatcham Repair Methods and BSi safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.
- Proficiency with Audatex.
- NVQ Level 3 and ATA/IMI qualifications.
- Solid bodyshop background.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
