Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented and motivated Showroom Sales officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, providing detailed product information, and guiding them through the entire purchasing process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best suit their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available financing or promotional offers.
- Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from inquiry to delivery.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive arrangements.
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge by staying updated on new vehicle models, features, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
