SERVICE MANAGER – MOTOR DEALERSHIP
A leading dealership is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to oversee workshop operations and drive service excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years dealership Service Management experience
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, WIP, productivity & CSI management
- Experience working on BSI & Evolve systems is essential
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Strong understanding of OEM standards and dealership processes
- Ability to manage technicians, service advisors, and workshop performance
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment
Automotive dealership experience is non-negotiable.
