Role Description: The Service Advisor – Bodyshop is a full-time, on-site role based in Malabe. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle body repair needs, and providing accurate information on repair processes, timelines, and costs. The role involves coordinating with the bodyshop team and other service departments to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality repairs, and timely delivery of vehicles. The Service Advisor will maintain clear communication with customers, handle appointments, prepare job cards, and follow up on service progress to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining service records, supporting aftersales initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer-focused service standards.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in Automobile or a trade certificate from a recognized technical college (CGTTI/ATI)
- More than 5 years’ overall experience in the industry and not less than 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive damage assessments (visual and technical) upon vehicle arrival to identify structural and cosmetic repair requirements.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates (labor and parts) and submit them to insurance companies for prompt approval.
- Advise customers on the complexities of accident repairs, explaining the difference between structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage.
- Prepare quotations.
- Communicate precise repair descriptions to the Bodyshop Technical Foreman to ensure painters and denters understand the required scope of work.
- Invoice and collect payments for insurance deductibles or customer-pay repairs before vehicle release
