Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations, sales, and overall business performance of a leading car company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive automotive industry experience, and a proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient company performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, after-sales, service, and administrative teams.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operational KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Prepare and present management reports to ownership and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15+ years of experience in the automotive industry, including senior management experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, after-sales operations, and dealership management.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driving license.
