Service Advisor Requirements:
- 2 + Years of service advisor experience required
- Experience or certifications with Audi or Toyota preferred
- Prior experience with CDK software preferred
- Experience with DMS systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational talents and telephone etiquette

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Manages the Service Department’s flow and production by scheduling shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership’s policies and practices
- Manages new and used car service, along with communication between the advisors and technicians
- Ensures timely estimates are made and repair orders are written accurately
- Reviews hard copy repair orders turned in by technicians to confirm work has been completed properly
- Guarantees all repair orders are accounted for and closed when work is completed
- Coordinates parts requirements with Parts Department
