Parts Operations Associate & Inside Sales – Heavy-Duty Hydraulics
We are hiring an Inside Sales & Parts Operations Associate to support our heavy-duty truck and hydraulic parts operation. This is a hybrid role, approximately 50% inside sales and customer support and 50% order processing, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable handling heavy parts and operating warehouse equipment.
This role supports a parts distribution operation specializing in power take off systems, hydraulic components, and commercial on-highway trucks. This position is based on-site and is not a remote role.
Location: 6200 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Expected Start Date: 01-05-2026
Compensation
- $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by recommending heavy-duty truck, hydraulic, and power take off parts and completing customer orders
- Enter customer orders into the computerized system and issue invoices
- Purchase and maintain inventory across all product lines within the parts department
- Maintain internal manual or computerized record-keeping systems
- Determine shipping methods and arrange shipments, including preparation of bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping documents
- Assist with warranty claims and occasional assembly, repair, or service of heavy-duty truck and hydraulic components
- Assemble packages and skids, record contents, pack goods for shipment, and affix shipping instructions
- Unpack, code, and route incoming goods to appropriate storage areas
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
- Inspect incoming goods against invoices, record shortages, and reject damaged items
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods
- Lift and handle heavy truck and hydraulic parts as required
Requirements
- Experience working in a parts distributor or technical components environment is strongly preferred.
- Education in mechanical, automotive, or industrial fields is an asset, but hands-on industry experience is equally valued
- Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a desire to learn and grow
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills
