About ASIMCO
ASIMCO is a fast-growing, globally established automotive aftermarket brand with a strong presence across more than 80 countries. The brand is well established in our existing core regions, and we are now investing in building the same level of recognition across LATAM. We participate actively in major regional and international exhibitions, Automechanika Mexico, Automechanika Argentina, Latin Tyre & Auto Parts Expo Panama, and others, and back this with strong field activation, technical seminars, and branded distributor programs.
Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned, commercially astute, outgoing senior leader to own ASIMCO's commercial strategy and execution across LATAM. The role covers the full sales cycle, finding and developing customers, negotiating deals, optimizing pricing, managing distributor relationships, and driving customer-base expansion for ASIMCO products across the region. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgement, knows when a price or formula won't work in a given market, and pushes back constructively to reach the right outcome with HQ. Cultural fit matters, LATAM relationships are personal, and we want someone who builds trust quickly across distributors, mechanics, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities Sales, Negotiation & Commercial Judgement
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with distributors and key accounts – pricing, payment terms, MOQs, product mix, sample programs, and annual supply agreements.
• Optimize sales for each customer and country: read the market, know when proposed pricing or commercial formulas won't work locally, and push back constructively with HQ to reach commercially viable outcomes.
• Own the LATAM revenue plan and pipeline; decide which deals, tenders and customers to priorities, based on strategic fit.
• Facilitate the full sales process from quotation to delivery:, and post-shipment support.
Customer Development & Relationship Management
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new distributors and customers across LATAM to expand ASIMCO's customer base and country coverage.
• Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts – regular market visits, distributor reviews, in-person meetings, and proactive issue resolution.
• Handle escalations, claims, and commercial disputes with professionalism and discretion.
Brand Awareness & Marketing Activation
• Drive brand awareness for ASIMCO across LATAM – bringing the same level of recognition we enjoy globally to this region.
• Coordinate with HQ marketing on regional collateral – and ensure local-market relevance.
• Represent ASIMCO publicly as a senior brand ambassador at industry events, customer launches, and high-level distributor meetings.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Maintain an up-to-date, in-depth understanding of the LATAM aftermarket – vehicle parc, demand trends, popular models, country-specific dynamics, import/regulatory factors, and currency considerations.
• Track competitor activity, pricing movements, and counterfeit/parallel-import risks; share actionable insights with HQ.
• Recommend new product introductions, range extensions, and country-entry priorities based on market data and customer demand.
Head Office Coordination (Dubai)
• Act as the senior commercial interface between LATAM and HQ – coordinating closely on production planning, technical drawings, shipping, marketing budgets, credit and after-sales matters.
• Deliver structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on pipeline, performance, market overview, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage company travel responsibly: company-funded business travel is part of the package, and we expect mature judgement on resource use – booking ahead of time, choosing cost-effective options, and combining trips to maximize impact per visit.
Required Profile Experience & Skills
• Proven senior sales / business development track record in the automotive aftermarket or related B2B sectors, with experience growing regional revenue and managing distributor networks across multiple LATAM countries.
• Existing network and relationships across the LATAM auto aftermarket distribution landscape — strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen: comfortable owning P&L, negotiating high-value deals, and making sound pricing and margin decisions independently.
• Highly analytical – comfortable with pricing analysis, margin modelling, market sizing, and competitive benchmarking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Personal Attributes
• Outgoing, energetic and personable – culturally well-suited to LATAM business environments where strong personal relationships drive commercial success.
• Strong commercial judgement – confident pushing back on internal and external proposals when the numbers or terms don't add up.
• High integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Resilient, hands-on, and proactive – comfortable operating independently across a large geography while staying tightly aligned with HQ.
Languages & Travel
• Native or fully professional Spanish, essential.
• Professional fluency in English, essential (HQ communication).
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and periodically to Dubai HQ — mandatory.

• The opportunity to represent and build a globally recognized brand sold in over 80 countries.
• Direct access to and influence with senior leadership at HQ in Dubai.
• Competitive senior-level remuneration with performance-based incentives. Company-funded business travel across LATAM and to HQ, with an expectation of mature, effective use of resources.
