The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing global manufacturer seeking a Senior Quality Systems Leader (Multisite – Team Leader) to lead quality management system (QMS) deployment across two high impact sites both located near their midwestern hub. This is a high-impact role within a growing division that will provide a tremendous amount of upside and growth within the business!
This opportunity sits within a business unit currently experiencing significant growth and investment, and the team is looking for someone who naturally gravitates toward QMS Leadership, People & Team Building, and wants to grow a career in a high impact business.
This role will lead and build high performing teams chartered to build best-in-class reliable solutions with their worldwide network of customers!
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in Quality Management System Leadership (QMS)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and natural curiosity
- Proven Leader, with broad ability to influence and drive meaningful change
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus)
