ABOUT THE COMPANY – Sydney BMW is one of the largest premium dealerships in the country, now part of an established family-owned dealership group. Located in Rushcutters Bay, Sydney NSW.
About The Role
We are seeking experienced Service Advisors who will report to the Service Manager. This position will be responsible for end to end customer engagement including; greeting and serving service customers, creating book-ins, costing, invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, updating database and paperwork etc. This position will integrate with the workshop through the Workshop Manager and Service Manager
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
- Provide a professional and respectful service to all customers
- Scheduling service appointments and managing customer walk-ins
- Utilising company CRM/DMS proficiently and accurately
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
- Selling Labour, Parts and Service within guidelines
- Build strong relationships with service team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
- MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE as Service Advisor
- Must be proficient in using DMS systems
- Someone looking to take a step into a luxury environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- A strong communicator and approachable demeanour who takes ownership of the customer journey
- A positive mindset, willingness to work within a team and grow as a unit
- Customer first attitude
