OKCarz is looking for a driven individual to become Selling Manager at our Ocala location. Must be a strong closer and great at multitasking. Must be good with computers, social media and prospecting for new referral business. We are looking for an individual that can take ownership of their growth and self development.
Our Selling Managers still sell cars, and also assist the Store Manager with daily tasks.
$36,000 Yearly Salary, Plus Commissions!! Average Selling Managers makes between $60k and $80k but you can make an unlimited amount of commission with our retroactive pay structure!!
Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from application to contract closing.
- Assists Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections
- Generates new business by prospecting, utilizing social media, dealer referrals, customer referrals and any other sources available
- Follows up with Internet Leads and Scheduling appointments
- Supports Mid Florida Financing Underwriting Policies and Guidelines
- Assists in store management responsibilities such as inventory, sales, customer service, and other tasks needed to run the business
- Helps with growing and protecting the business at all times
- Assists current customers with any issues and provides excellent customer service
- Support of Home Office with all business needs
