What Does the Maintenance Responsible Do at Farplas?
- Organizes, plans, coordinates and ensures corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and installations
- Proposes solutions to improve the operation of installations and equipment
- Participates in optimizing the performance of installations and equipment
- Diagnosing faults
- Supervises repairing equipment and testing repairs
- Keeping records of faults and repairs
- Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff
- Responding to emergencies
- Ordering special components, fixtures or fittings
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
What Are the Requirements for a Production Responsible at Farplas?
- Graduated from engineering departments of university (preferably Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry (plastic injection or paining is a plus),
- 6 Axis robot knowledge, low voltage knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial automation (sensors; drivers; PLCs; encode – diagnosis; connection; their parameterization and programming)
- Knowledge of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance methodologies
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and Autonomous Maintenance
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance (preferred)
- Fluent in English,
- Knowledge of SAP (is a plus) and MS Office programs
- Excellent sense of responsibility, Analytical thinking,
- Knowledge of "problem solving" methodologies (PDCA; ISHIKAWA; 5 Why; etc.) and ability to propose innovative solutions,
- Teamwork skills,
- Strong reporting, verbal and written communication skills,
- High planning and organizational skills,
