Role Description The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating daily sales operations to ensure every customer inquiry is handled efficiently from first contact to final delivery.
The role includes managing leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing quotations, coordinating with the sales and finance teams, following up with customers, tracking sales opportunities, updating inventory and pricing information, and ensuring all internal processes are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with CRM systems, business software, and AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
*Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, CRM, or Operations Coordination.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SmartSuite, or similar).
* Ability to prepare quotations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate sales activities.
* Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
* Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
* Experience working in the UAE is preferred.
* Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or business workflow systems is considered a strong advantage.
