【Major works】
- Responsible for resolving Android Auto and CarPlay issues across Connectivity, Audio, Navigation, and Display.
- Manage certification-related matters, including direct communication and issue resolution with Apple and Google.
- Implement new Android Auto and CarPlay feature requirements
【Responsibilities】
- Contribute as designer and developer to building Android based Infotainment solutions for automotive consumer devices.
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned domain, including requirements, development and maintenance of Infotainment software.
- Work on new feature development, as well as maintenance of existing features and bug fixes.
- Engage in all regular software development activities, such as feature requirement analysis, design, code, and test case reviews, to ensure the team delivers high-quality code on time.
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors;
- More than 5 years of experience in Android and Kotlin development, familiar with automotive application architecture design, and with experience in vehicle control and settings development;
- Experienced with google certification e.g. CTS, ATS, CTS-on-GSI and VTS.
- In-depth knowledge on Android runtime, Java/native heap management and binder communications – Expertise on Android application frameworks and UI frameworks internals
- Considerable programming experience in Java and C/C++ – Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem solving skills
