Position Summary

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition and business growth within their assigned markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating onboarding with the Customer Success team, and converting qualified businesses into long-term customers.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling, building relationships, and helping businesses grow through technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Identify target companies within assigned industries.
  • Generate outbound opportunities through calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Research and engage decision-makers including business owners, marketing managers, and sales leaders.

Sales & Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer challenges and business objectives.
  • Position String as a Revenue Infrastructure solution that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up consistently to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Customer Acquisition

  • Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
  • Support customers throughout the trial and evaluation period.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity stages.
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, CRM, marketing automation, or sales solutions for SMEs.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting professional product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and digital communication platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, sales enablement, or customer engagement platforms is considered a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned market when required.
