Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our dealership in Epsom. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car-buying journey. Daily tasks include presenting product options, conducting vehicle demonstrations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and providing post-sale support to build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially with roles relating to Motability and electric vehicles, is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic IT systems and CRM software is advantageous
- A valid UK driving license
