Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team at HJM Offroad in Cape Town, where this is an on-site position. In this role, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through proactive lead generation activities. You will effectively communicate the benefits of HJM Offroad’s products and services to customers, nurture relationships with prospects, and support the sales team with business development strategies. This role involves meeting sales goals, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential customers
- Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to sales strategies
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency with CRM tools and technology to track leads and maintain records is a plus
- Passion for the 4×4 industry and a general understanding of 4×4 products is advantageous
- Valid driver's license is an advantage
