A leading private higher education institution based in Sandton is looking for a highly driven Sales Consultant to join its dynamic team.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for education, a proven track record in achieving targets, and experience in call centre sales and cold calling.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Experience within the education sector is essential.
- Call centre and cold calling experience is essential.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Stable employment history (job hoppers will not be considered).
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell academic programmes to prospective students. Generate new business through outbound calls and lead conversion. Guide prospective students through the enrolment process. Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
