Metal America is a 75‑person startup in our second year with 60% month‑over‑month growth. We’re the fastest‑growing construction company in the US. We’re offering stock options (vesting of course) to sales consultants who want equity and want to build this with us from the ground floor.
We sell metal buildings, concrete, and barndominiums nationwide.
80% of our leads are inbound. You’ll be advising customers on their options and closing warm leads — not cold calling all day.
OTE is $160,000 with uncapped commission. Top performers are tracking $300,000+ in year one. Add in RSUs and you can see that the ceiling is higher than any other sales role.
There’s a solid base salary, but if you only care about W2 income this isn’t for you. We want people who understand startup equity and want a piece of what we’re building.
If you want stability and a 9‑5, find an enterprise sales role. If you want to build something real and get ownership, apply. The work is fast‑paced and demanding. The payoff is real.
