Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheffield for a Sales Consultant at Furniture Village. The Sales Consultant will engage directly with customers, providing personalized consultations to understand their needs and guide them toward furniture solutions that align with their preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals. The role requires a commitment to delivering an exceptional retail experience.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills with a focus on meeting customer needs and driving results
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise, including the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with customers
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in furniture retail or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed, in a retail sales environment
- A positive, customer-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people create beautiful living spaces
