Fortress Safety is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire sales performance across the Northeast and Southeast territory of The United States.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, revenue-critical role with full ownership of regional sales strategy, execution, and results. You will drive profitable growth through a mix of direct sales leadership and indirect channel management, while building strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end users.

What You Will Do

  • Own and deliver regional revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy aligned to customer and market segmentation
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand key accounts across multi-site customers
  • Build and optimize distributor and channel partner performance
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing strategies to maximize long-term value
  • Act as a senior commercial ambassador at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

You are a hands-on, growth-oriented sales leader with a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset. You know how to win in complex B2B environments, influence through data and relationships, and turn strategy into sustained commercial results.
